We collect information you submit (resumes, cover letters, candidate details, scores, account info, communications) and automatically collected data (log usage, device/browser info, cookies). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
To provide and operate the platform, process resumes, generate scores, improve the service, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations. LLM providers may process content for analysis. We work with reputable vendors who must use data only to support TalentAlgorithm.
We do not sell or share personal information. We disclose data only to service providers, advisors, legal authorities, or successors under confidentiality.
We use reasonable safeguards, though no system is completely secure. We will notify you of certain security incidents as required by law.
Information is retained only as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion anytime.
Depending on your state, you may request access, deletion, correction, or details of our data practices. We do not discriminate for exercising these rights.
Services are not intended for children under 16. If we learn of such data, we delete it.
